At Oneday Group, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide fresh products, quality food, and excellent service. This Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.


🛒 Supermarket & Minimart Purchases

Returns: Perishable items (fresh food, dairy, bakery, etc.) cannot be returned unless found defective at the time of purchase.

Refunds/Exchanges: Packaged and non-perishable goods may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, unused, and in original packaging with a valid receipt.

Exceptions: Items purchased on promotion or clearance are non-refundable.


🍽️ Restaurant, Café & Cafeteria Orders

Dine-in / Takeaway: If you are unsatisfied with your order due to quality or preparation issues, please inform the staff immediately so we can replace or correct your order.

Delivery Orders: If an incorrect or defective item is delivered, contact the branch within 2 hours for replacement or refund.


💳 Refund Method

Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment (cash or card).

Processing may take 5–7 business days for card transactions, depending on your bank.


Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods after purchase or delivery.

Opened or partially consumed items.

Items without proof of purchase (receipt/bill).
